Another Rath Yatra who sabotage another mosque or plan more killings. What a disgrace.
It is time that moderate Hindus take charge and distance themselves from this usless BJP that uses them as pawns.

Yes buddy... you got nnothing to lose. Advani will climb the rath and will have security around him. You guys will emerge with weapons and murder thousands of muslims. You will spread false propaganda that muslims were hurting the country. Other fanatic idiots will believe you and kill more muslims. The people who will be left to suffer would be widows and children of those guys you would murder. They will turn beggars but that will not matter to you. All that matters to you guys is that this Advani fellow should once put his butt on the PM's chair.

Political Parties mocked indian democracy.
by Kusum Kali on Jul 23, 2008 04:27 PM

On 22.7.2008 cross voting by different Members of Parliament of various political parties specially of BJP, painted a poor picture of their morality and their faith in democracy. It clearly exposed this base fellows called as MPs, in no way, are better then criminals, and should be banned from contesting elections. They have no wright to humiliate India in the eyes of the World. We, inspite of having many faults, are proud of being a democratic country where morality and honour play better role than ill achieved fame and money. This people not only let their respective party down but also let down the people of India to whom they should be grateful for electing them. How dare they lecture in their party demonstrations about their honesty, intention of service, to the people who gather their, giving them honour and beliving them elected them. This people are worst creature and treacherous. They should be tried in the Court of Law for cheating. It is high time for enacting strict law debarring this cheater from contesting elections.

The Parties should cast the Votes collectively on behalf of their Representatives.
by mohan das on Jul 23, 2008 04:27 PM  | Hide replies

MPs right to cast their Vote should be changed and instead the their respctive Political Parties should vote. So that the back stabing, Poaching and Horse trading can be avoided in future and thus let us save our great democracy.

For Eg. If BJP has 140 Elected MPs in the Parliament and if any such No- Confidence motion comes up the party dicision making body should debate on the subject and decide with majority opinion to whom should they vote. The party should cast the 140 votes on behalf of the members and in no case allow their electected representatives to cast their Votes. In this case, no MPs can change their stand and all will be under the control of their MOTHER PARTY. In brief, no MPs will be above the Party. Moreover, the representatives are elected through their Mother Party symbols and their manifestos. Hence, why they require individual freedom to cast their Vote. Instead the Party should cast the entire Vote collectively against or in favour of the motion. They should be given freedom to work for their Party and serve the people.

This amendment should be done with immediate effect for avoiding these kind of back stabing.

A novel idea. But the problem is that of moneybags which are an imp. part of Indian democracy. Will the bags delivered to the party or the members if some members are against the vote. Moreover 'conscience' vote is also imp.Our great leader Indira insisted on this.So it is not an easy thing Mr. Das.

But this is not Democracy, see the example CPI-M, what happened when their secretary went in wrong way even he was not ready to leave speaker. We should not vote for party, we must for the right candidate.

It's really a very good suggestion Mohan Das! Heads of different parties must pressurise concerned authorities to ammend rules to this effect immediately. Today Congress and its allies were in boat. Tomorrow it could be any party in same situation.

We the ordinary Indian citizens ( Aam admi & off course aurot ) are indeed unfortunate. It was painful and embarassing to watch how a bunch of hoodlums / lumpens rule this country. We should have " none found suitable " option in our voting system. Only then these rascal politicians would realise how much hatred the common people have for them.

acheivements...
by Satheesh on Jul 23, 2008 04:24 PM  | Hide replies

someone asked what did Congress achieve during the last 4 years...

1. RTI - This alone should be a bigger acheivement than what BJP achieved during their 5 year india shinning drama.

2. VAT - BJP opposed it tooth and nail, and a roadmap to Uniform SGoods and sales tax

3. Number of Women's bill...the most important being law on domestic violence against women

4. Nuclear Deal - history will speak for themselves.

5. Congress din't release and feed any terrorists.

6. Congress did not kill any IIT engineer who revealed corruption in Highways project like BJP did.

7. Congress protected the national borders better than how BJP protected

8. Congress protected the national temple (parliament) better than how BJP protected...

I can list so many my friend... you won't have stomach to digest...

Your eyes are closed or may be blind. Basically what I want to say is that in either case you can't distinguish good from bad people. For your information whom you think are good are the people who profess to be good. They are like those who teach but do not preach. Hope you understand and god help you!!!!

See what happened when our waiting PM could not voted out the present UPA Govt., played a childish trick by showing money in the 'Temple of the Country' Parliament. Do BJP has the answers for those questions:
1) Why they waited to expose this maney game, just hour before vote.
2) Why they have note file any FIR and how they let leave that person who handed over the money at their residence.
3) How can a MP carry so big leather bag in the parliament (Its true MP are not checked at the enterance but un-neccessary big bags can not be allowed whitout check).
4) And the most important thing is that these 3 MPs are not reliable due to their present status, how can Congress will offer them when every one knew about tahelka episode.

BJP or any political party with a religious agenda will find it hard to survive in a country where secularism is being the tradition.

I am sure many within the Hindu community would now realise that they need to look at the interest of Bharat Maa and not BJP.

This is a moral victory for Congress and a big blow to BJP and the leadership of Mr Advanai.
