No matter whatever the so-called ironclad guarantees factored into the aid,most of the cash will go into the coffers of the ISI for subversive activities and the balance shared by the Pakistani Army brass & politicians as has been the case since Pakistan's inception.Dr.A.Q Khan's entire nuclear bomb programme had been indirectly funded by the USA by similar aids.Being essentially stupid the US has very short term plans that lack strategic depth.Pakistan is the world's terrorism nursery and the products from here always end up working against American interests,be it Al Qaeda, the killers of Daniel Pearl,the Twin Towers and now the Pakistan created,sheltered & armed Taliban who are killing American & NATO forces in Afghanistan.The myopic USA seems to have some vested interest in Islamic terror despite their feeble denials to the contrary as they feel that they are immune and this same toxic force can be used on other nations whom the US wishes to keep under pressure.No matter who or what anybody says unless the ISI is destroyed root & branch, Islamic terrorism will continue to thrive and allow the USA to fish in troubled waters.No civilian government has ever had any control on Pakistan's army or the ISI and it is no different now.The civilian govt. is only a showpiece to project a pseudo-democracy facade to the world.The real ruler is Pakistan's military which none understands better than Musharraf who obstinately refused to take off his uniform as he would lose control.
More billions to Porkistan! USA is coming apart at the seams- economy is gloomy, people do not have money for heating costs this coming winter. USA now has 9 trillion dollardeficit, mostly barrowed from China andEurope.No way to pay the loans, China will soon own USA. What a waste. Porkistan will continue to use the money to promote attacks on India. Time for PM Singh to send a strong message to Bush- cut the BS or India will nuke Porkistan.
By giving such a big aid to the Paks without seeing where the previous money has gone and where this amount is going to go,isn't US behaving foolish as all these aid they gave the Pak may go into new plans being made or born in Pak to destroy the economy and nation of US by the Pak shielded terrorists like the Taliban and Harkatul etc.It would be good if the US will keep an account of the work done with the money in Pak or get the work done for the Paks directly.

Yes. Its true, all the aid given to Pakistan has not given any significant returns to USA and Pakistan has never improved on its own economy. Even after doing SO MUCH, USA has gained hatred and not harmony. Fooling around China and Iran are good examples. Nick mandalaywala
This is what India is going to see more and more in future if India does not cooperate with USA. So, it is better to work with them otherwise be prepared to be bombed by Pakistan with US made artilleries.

I think you have a point there. Uncle Sam always has a soft corner for his blue-eye chum Porki that he will look the other way for any of its shenanigans. He even brought his Aircraft carrier Enterprise of the 7th Fleet to sabber rattle us during the 1971 war. My madrasi friend Kaliyperumal used to say "A poor relative and a rich enemy" are always a pain in the asss.
it is pak who supports terrorist outfits in it's soil, even the most wanted terrorist is supposed to be in pak. why US government is giving aid to pak?

It is giving aid to Porkistan because it can hit US of A with renewed vigour, latest technology, dirty bomb, clean bomb etc. US of A is a huge country known for masochists and masochism while pretending to be macho. Their public is scared of army casualties, they are all afraid of death. On the contrary look at us, we have been fighting this war against terror for over a 1000 years. We are not worried about death of millions of brave men, women and children who have been sacrificed in this war. We believe, as Sri Aurobindo says in his SAVITRI:
"Death is a stair, a door, a stumbling stride The soul must take to cross from birth to birth, A grey defeat pregnant with victory, A whip to lash us towards our deathless state".
Americans like the villain "Scorpio" in Dirty Harry pays Pakistan to get themselves flogged, beaten black and blue without even providing a semblance of retaliating in kind.
No wonder they are giving porkistan 7.2 billion now adding to the 7000 billion they have already given them since 1947.
