What are BJP/VHP people achieving by destroying the property of India. India as it is has poor infrastructure and dirty cities. And then BJP/VHP people come and destroy even whatever is there. I read on cricinfo (diary by Sidhharth Monga) that Karachi is such a clean and posh city with wide roads and beautiful houses. While Mumbai happens to be the stink capital of India and the world. Why doesn't BJP work on trying to clean up Indian cities. Beneficiaries of this will be mostly Hindus.

I believe there is a fundamental difference between religion & religious authority. In Islam the religious authority(mullahs) have played game with the faithful using faith as a tool. Sooner it is corrected sooner innocents will get justice.

the saffron brigade and their thugs should stop communalising the issue. what happened in kashmir had nothing to do with islam. it was kashmiri nationalism. the kashmiris are not against the yatra but the illegal occupation by the indian army in kashmir. the only solution to the current crisis is to grant full independence to kashmir.....or else bear the fruits.

first you are repair your brothers living nations like affganistan,bangla,irak,iran,indonesia,somiliya,uganda,balcon countrys.
Can someone please explain what is the problem and why there are so much of protest? Whose land was given to and then taken back from the Amarnath Shrine Board. What effect would it have if given or otherwise. Can anyone please explain? Nothing is clear from the news. I am asking this to know why should anyone support it or oppose it.

The problem is this minority can prove their authority on the peace loving majority simply by terror.This land is of no use to this Kashmiri muslims, yet it has a lot of value for Hindu pilgrims just for the sake of their pilgrimage.Yet these mullahs can not tolerate even that much in a hindu nation & RedCons simply bow to their wish. Unfortunately the majority either do not or do not want to see this.
Because of the Bandh, people like you at least try to inquire into the problem before it is too late.

If BJP/VHP are good organizations they should do the following:
i) work to abolish untouchability from Hinduism ii) work to abolish casteism from Hinduism iii) make sure that Dalit people are not humiliated everyday in India iv) Make sure that Dalit women are not paraded naked and molested in India
But I am sure BJP/VHP will do no such thing. Because they are the oppressor class of the Hindu society.

I agree whole heartily with you. Castiesm is BIGGEST problem for Hindus. Forget BJP/RSS, it should be every Hindu's duty not to follow in private and public life. We cannot leave such a noble cause to politicians.

BJP and VHP know that hindus are not united because of casteism. In Hinduism untouchability is practiced openly and government cannot do anything about it. So BJP knows that people in general will not support Hindutva. So they organize such bandhs and then carry out violence to get attention. And it is unfortunate that some of their misguided Hindu volunteers indulge in stone-throwing and end up killing fellow Hindus like what happened today. Do you think that the families of two people who got killed today will thank the BJP and VHP?

The actual history shows that Hindus were much more united despite strong casteism until REdCon came to power since independence.
The track record of other religions like Muslims & Christians is worst. They had been constantly fighting over even a small issue.Eastern Europe & Middle east are current examples.Even in India & eventhough being minority how many muslim & christian organizations are there? And can someone tell me how much central government spending after these each & every organization to keep them united?
And this new religion called communism, eventhough so young has thousands of divisions.And they literally fight over a small issue.West Bengal & Kerala are live examples of today's time.
