Now that some thing has been done Indians should see that such exploitation does not occur anymore. All the acomplices are to be severely punished including police officers so that other Govt. servants will dare assist or abet such crimes.

If he gets sentenced for 10 years every time, with the sentences running concurrently, he will be a free man within 10 or less years.
Looking at the sums that he has misappropriated (Hundreds of Crores), is 10 years not a good bargain?
I suppose there will be at least 1 Crore people in the Country who will stay in prison for 10 years for getting just 1 Crore!

If only all the welfare schemes are implemented for whom they are meant...this scheme was meant for vested interests and Telgi is paying the price on behalf of all of them
So when is he coming out from jail on a bail? The verdict is given by a special court. Since it is against him he will go to high court and then supreme court. By the time final verdict comes he will be dead or old.
