The punishment given to Telgi prooves that he certainly was not the kingpin of this racket. The "kingpins" never go to jail in this country...they keep on ruling the country.

Fine kewal 3 crore. :) Waise bura idea nahin hai. agar 4-5 saal jail me kaatne ke baad itna paisa mile to deal buri nahin hai. Main Mumbai me Jail type hi reh raha hu. 5 saal ho gaye ek crore bhi jeb me nahin hai :) Pawar bhujbal deshmukh koi sun raha hai to mujhe contact karo main ghotala karne ko taiyyar hu.

One of the biggest politician scamster is Lalu Prasad Yadav in thousands of crores of Fodder scam.What happened to him till now,nothing!He & Rabri ruled Bihar by cast divide & now he is heading the biggest Railway Ministry to provide more & more trians to Bihar so that majority of his supporters/followers can travel trains without tickets! What a shame !
These convicts had played with state finanace, hard earned money of taxpayers . Theye had comited crime equavalnt to treachery with country.All should be hangged to death.No mercy to these.
