everyone seems to forget that here is an Indian who is in jail based on allegations- only trial proves innocence or guilt so why is everyone so quick to jump to conclusions and hang the man- he deserves a fair bail and a fair trial
I hope he doesn't get traded among prisoners for cigarettes. BTW anyone know what happened to that rich poor kid, who mowed down people with his BMW in Delhi.

every human being is a priority-- right now-here is an indian being victimized- if you had followed up on this particular story you would know better- this is about every indian that gets fame and does well better than the white man and then he gets trampled and our own people dont stand by and support-
How can 30 'alleged victims' hatch a conspiracy? What would these 30 victims gain from making such charges? How is a public event near Gateway of India going to influence a court case in USA? Better to fight in courts than in front of Gateway of India!

DESI wake up and smell the conspiracy- why would 30 people come forth only when the person gets money- they obviously did not so looking at this whole case this is a huge conspiracy to destroy someone-- only when you get dragged to courts in foreign lands do you realize how irrelevant a non white becomes and you need support to get justice-let the person be given a faie chance to defend himself---

u jacks shud realise that Anand forget being convicted isnt brought to trial yet. Whu the hell are u guys to even proclaim someone on mere hearsay with such riduculos language and intention. Sure you guys are vested in yoru comments and reaction. Stand up guys learn to differntiate chalk from cheese.
Learn the case, get into details before you pass your 'learned' judgements.

may i know on wat basis do u call him a 'rapist"....mere allegations not accounted with valid proof doesnt call anyone the right to term someone rapist or a sexual predator.
Anand is innocent of all the charges against him. Let there be a trial and everything will be clear. The only rape kit in the entire case has turned negative. all the girls are talking of sexual harrasment in the period 2002-2206...oh hell, where were they and what were they doing for 5 long years...wake up guys this is america we are talking about ...u mean to say 30 girls kept getting sexually harrased and not even one ever complained instead they hose to be with the alleged rapist and his family all the while until his company got funded!! Amen America and the supreme commentators on these pages!! No wonder India is always divided!
