Back to the days of rubber stamp presidents

Well we are back to the days of rubber stamp presidents now - its official. Shame on the parties whose members elected her through electoral college etc. Some days back her whimsical note of Vidarbha airport and environmental massacre at Andaman and now the blatant violation of democracy. No vision, just a power satiating mission. Shame! Shame!

You are right. Rubber stamp use has begun again. Kalam was not going to be one, so he did not get the 2nd term, which we all Indians truly deserved.

The PP rubber stamp will now work overtime as the fortunes of COngress are at stake and Sonia does not have any way to get electoral results in her favour. So, this back door business will work. Madhu Koda was the first one they achieved - an Independent as CM - some months ago, the man spoke of Sonia while he was supposed to speak on Indira (I guess it was on her death anniv.) - so much for the brains of these folks. All that they know is how to swindle the state.

Sorry. What democracy are you taking about. It exists only in the books. In this case the Speaker has barred 12 members from voting and the Speaker is from the Ruling Party. So don't talk about democracy.

Listen idi0t.. 9 members out of 20 of NPF do not constitute 2/3rd required for a split under the anti-defection act..While the speaker could be wrong in case of independent members, he was within law in disallowing those 9...Get your facts right before you croak
