Muscular Mush
by Indivar Shyam on Feb 20, 2008 04:27 PM

Undoubtedly Mush will take the help of the army and the US and will consolidate his position
as the President of Pakistan. He will be
successful in isolating Nawaz Sharif from
taking any office. He will lure PPP with power and money or will go to any extent to retain
his power.

Ramn's Surmise about possiblecombinationsof Elected parliamentarians andMusharraf's cohabitation with New-Rulers...
by D goel on Feb 20, 2008 04:26 PM

Panchkula afternoon 4.20pm ,Feb. , 202008 Wednesday
Raman perhaps rightly notes that the hung Parliament between Asif Zardari's Sindhi MPs and Newaz Sharif's Punjabi MPS would try to be yoked into a power-sharing arrangement that may not last, or past muster , the machinations of aiwan-e-Sadar for survival. The dispute largely revolves round the antipathies that Ex-Chief justice Iftiqar arouses in Zardari, while Newaz is committed publicly to restore ousted judiciary on the first opportunity. The reality is either of them are not likely to carry most of the MPS in the present House...
it could allow US and Musharraf to but in and escape the ouster.. Well this could be an anti -climax for civil libertarians ,among the lawyers , publicists and educated middle-classes of present generation of Pakistanis as against the old feudal military elite of earlier dispensation...D. Goel

Pakistan imbroglio and inanities of Raman
by sikandar ahmad on Feb 20, 2008 04:13 PM  | Hide replies

B.Raman is more interested in flaunting his crammed-up memory as regards the French polity than presenting a realistic picture Pakistan imbroglio. Raman knows nothing about anything. He is simply a windbag promoted by Outlook etc.

You prefer that he review Karan Johar movies instead & write about the antics of Paris Hilton?

And who will safeguard pakistan from Zardari and Nawaz ? Mush. What a joke. They all are same. No doubt politicians all over the world are rascals but most of them still run there country. But all of them in all muslim countries are altogether different like meggi sause. They can never ever live in peace, will never allow any of there country men to live in peace and shall create havoc all over the world. Bush may be creating lot of problems for other countries but is doing his best for his own country men. But yes muslims are different. terrorists.
