ISI was created by CIA for their interest and to have a control over the region , now its has gone rogue and fire game started has boomeranged to US. Indian Netas are also equally corrupt and on the first place point finger to ISI , people like Mulayam and Ramvilas , I very much doubt may be some where connected .. So is many others .... it all about money, $ , petro and other dynamics that keeps rolling... Before blaming ISI blame our Neta and more ourself after all ISi is doing its job what it is supposed to do so and I must say doing very good.

Root cause is top level.....not bottom level. When Goverment is not paying enough to babu's, police men and other civil servants(except IAS,IPS or IFS) then what to do when they wont have food or money to feed their childrens, to provide them education, quality of life. We have to eliminate the root cause......not people

Re: Re: Try eliminate one of the root causes

Totally disagree with your view Arush Khanna.

If you refer to politicians as top level and common man as bottom level, then in your own language it is the bottom level that elects the top level.

We need to introspect ourselves. We have failed our nation, IF am a Jat then I vote for a 'Jat' leader, If am a Gowda I vote for a Gowda, Yadavs voting for Yadav etc. Then the silly Hindu-Muslim divide, then the so called idealogies when NOBODY has any definite plan for India.

We should ASK, we should decide the MANIFESTO of the parties etc.

if WE change, THEY will, after all they are only a reflection of what we want and WHO we want.

So I blame none other than myself.

In spite of what Sibu Soren is, you must know that there are so many fools who vote for him.

We deserve this, because collectively this is what we are at this point.

If India has to changes, Indians have to change.

Let us change.

Firstly, let me change for the better.

Jai Hind.

this has nothing to do with the need of people (top-level or bottom-level), but their greed. of course, the problem starts with the top-level; when bureaucrats, who get enough money to have a comfortable lifestyle, scrounge on bribes to have bigger and more expensive things, they set an example to those below. why does the top-level indulge in this ? because they see good-for-nothing, illiterate jackasses, also called politicians and ministers, prospering on corruption and ill-gotten money

solution that I do see is,

0) establishment of a body (similar to the election commission) that is answerable only to the Supreme Court/Constitutional Assembly and chartering them with the tasks below, without any interference from anybody

1) a strict and compulsory audit of the wealth of all those in public life, be it officials, ministers or politicians (party functionaries)

2) immediate seizure of all the assets, which are not explained or accounted for

3) repatriation of all the wealth stashed away in Switzerland, through diplomatic channels and adding them to the national exchequer

which party has the will to do this ??

cheers

isi-let is to blame, but what abt our neats ?
by MUJAHIDEENeiKAFIROON on Dec 08, 2008 04:59 PM

isi-let is to blame but what abt our netas ?

they want to have nsg for themself but not give police ak47 or bullet proof vest.

let us as citizens accept that pilce have the guts to take on the jihadis, and directly donate money to buy ak47 and give to police and keep the netas and their lovers isi-let
out of it.

let us directly arm the police, bcoz netas have failed us,bjp-congress..etc...all have failed
democracy and india.

Some positive steps to be taken out of this Mumbai attack episode ..
by rajpal raina on Dec 08, 2008 04:56 PM  | Hide replies

Ask the western Govts to help us fight this war on terror , join their axis to fight the Al-quaida

OBAMA also believes that the real area of problem is the Afgan-pakistan border and wants to withdraw troops from iraq to focus on this area .

Support him , tell him we will also send troups to Afganistan to join his war on terror .Once in Afganistan, taking out Dawood and LET chief should be easier .

Use the sympathy for India generated by these attacks to our advantage, by attracting more FII and FDI investments . See how South Korea prosperred when they joined US against N. Korea .

Involve CIA and Scotland yard in the Attack investigations to conclusivley prove that the attack and was planned and executed from Paki soil and by Paki nationals . This is enough reason to start a war if repeated even once more. Unless they let Indian agencies into Pak and work with them to catch these Jehadis.

Finally this act was just like WAR, and would help the Indian get United once again and come out stronger..

BHARAT MATA KI JAI HO ..

why ask the Western Governments???? Why not do something ourselves????? Why dont we let our forces go wild on these goons and their camps????? Do we have Agnis and Trishuls just for showing the world????? A pre-emptive strike is very much on the cards.....or a covert operaion with India stating afterwards that it was non-state individuals who did it......lets forget the US and the West....No one will fight anyone else's war.....its OUR war and we will have to fight it OURSELVES.....if we need to take a lesson we need to take it from Israel, and not to look towards the West for any help.....the facts are in front of us, we are the ones who have put the blame, we are the ones who have proved them, then we should be the ones to pass the judgement and carry out the sentence.

Foreign Policy Failure
by Rajiv Saikia on Dec 08, 2008 02:58 PM

We have hammered the Union Home Minister and had him kicked out. Though disturbingly, the NSA, Mr. Narayanan, continues in his position. But have we given a thought to what our Union Foreign Minister has been doing? How bad is the image of India in the nation of Pakistan? What false propoganda has been launched against India and Indians and to what extent is the Pakistan teenager's mind poisoned against India? What is the level of their hatred against India? Why is it so easy for few sadistic psychopaths to brain-wash Pakistani youths to launch jehadi campaigns against India? What can India do to counter this Mis-information campaign (if any) in the Jehadis' home soil (Pakistan) itself? How can we falsify all their hate-mongering and reassure them about our respect for their individual existence? Our intelligence is certainly not investing in subversive activities on their soil. When Pakistan was spinning out of control, why did we not up our guards and heightened our vigilence? Why are we not informed about the real state of affairs in our neighbouring country since it effects us so deeply? Did our Foreign Minister engage his counterpart in any form of dialogue ever since the elected government came to power in Pakistan? To what extent does our foreign minitsr know about latest hostile development in Pakistani mindset by gauging their tone and posture in the course of routine dialouges and meetings? What is his ministry's contribution to Intelligence feedback and analysis?
