I feel ashamed of my country and its government. Inspite of knowing that this person raped, killed and worse...has also eaten as many as 17 children..our CBI gives a clean chit. Tehelka has done a thorough investigation on this case and they have clear proofs that this guy did it...and still we leave him free..and now, we have another clear case of murder and still and we cannot do anything about it....This is making my blood boil..Even the thought of plight of these parents is heartbreaking... Though I am a very sensitive person who supports non-violence..this is too much to take. I sincerely pray to god for justice and the only justice is to kill these monsters in the most cruel way...

The culprits are having some backing here. How come a clean chit be issued by CBI when you investigate such a case which involves 40 to un specified murders.
Is it mere coincidence that a key witness in this high-profile case, which was deliberately bungled by the cops at the behest of corrupt criminal netas intent on protecting the criminal Pandher, is found 'drowned'? I guess this what passes for 'justice' in this corrupt land - 'gross injustice', and the filthy corrupt govt of this stinking land is proud of its handiwork.
Tap the phone of Pandher Family. Keep Vigin on his fam. members Attach all his Accounts. Seal all his land & Assets....
Or wait for the Lawers, Judges, CBI, Local Politicos, Local Agents/Goons all will be purchased one by one & the witnesses will start dieing so called Natural/Accindental Deaths....
I won't surprised to see this case becoming weeker & weeker after say 10 years....
Dear Friends, It seems that Nitahri case is just a tip of ice berg. There seems to be more invisbile than visible Koli. Even CBI seems to be playing hide and seek game and that is the reason parents of victims have lodged revision petition in a court where CBI has left off Moninder Singh of serious charges. It is very difficult to get justice for poor people like Nithari residences in India. Money and caste facor are driving people against justice. This is high time to implement reservation in Judiciary so that all sections of society will get representation and delivery system would be fair. Otherwise current Judiciary dominated by meritorious and efficient unreseved people will take another 50 years for a small case of land dispute.
1)I want the judiciary to be changed to suit the 21st Century. (2)The justice should be done on fast track for those committing crime for second time so that there are no more second timers in crime (3)Most of the criminals are repeating their crime once they are on bail such type of criminals must face the fast track courts (4)Different & modern judicial set up for finacial,economic & web based offences (5)Use of modern gadgetaries like vedio conferencing installed at Jails, court-rooms for early settlement of cases. I like to request all the beloved country men to add the list for betterment of present and future generation .JAI BHARAT
Before the rest of the witnesses are eliminated or die a natural death, the house ownwer and his servant who has confessed to murder followed by cannibalism, should sent to the gallows without any further judicial process, which in any case, ifs loaded in favour of the inhuman scums of earth.

The houseowner has not confessed, the servant has, and the prosecution has only chargesheeted the servant, which is why justice is to be decided in courts and not on the internet by uninformed would be judges
