those law enforcing people who committed this heinous crime, should be awarded capital punishment.
Its sad that our legal system is lethargy and govt machinery corrupt.
However I see a light at the end of the tunnel that victims are making use of the law machinery to get justice. Its heartening to see that people are aware of their rights and they are demanding justice.
thumbs up.. to you.. I salute this effort of yours. we need more people like you all to purge the corruption thats going around in our country.
i pray to god that the victims get justice real fast. and I would urge the media to focus on this case, just as it did for the case of Priyadarshini Mattoo.

Right. But this RTI is not applicable in J&K.
Why do you think it was excluded? Because nobody wants people to know who were responsible for 400,000 Kashmiris forced eviction from Kashmir and killing of 10s of 1000s.

To increase your smelly knowledge, more muslim Kashmiris have been wiped out by terrorists you people see the pandits only not terrorisms as whole.

perhaps you are living in a peaceful countryside of southern India so you are miking this comment. Who says no one can enforce forced eviction. In india i can quote many classic examples. Eviction of non assamese from Assam/Marwadi community from Bhagalpur/Hindu carpet weavers/pandits from Kashmir . You have not been to kashmir so you can have liberty of making this statement. Just spend one week in Anant Nag/Kupwada or Rajauri and pretend to be Hindu, you will realise the truth.

state machinery promises all that freedom can give you. you just need to make sure that it is applied.

Blasts are something while riots are something else. most of your list has blasts. as for riots, feel proud that hindus are also equally good killers like all other people.

My friend, you are talking of the modern times. What about the countless (god only knows how many) of Hindus that have been massacred down the ages by all sorts of Muslim/ Christian rulers & Foreign invaders? & are still bearing the brunt of their religion? Who is going to give them justice? Kick this so - called (Pseudo) Secular Congress & it's Chamcha Parties. Or else, the Hindus will have to fight for Minority Status in Future because they are being pushed to that level now. That sadly, is the Naked Truth.

Mr. Thakur, it is nota particular party, read below the latest news:
May 26, 2007 00:17 IST Stung by reverses in recent UP polls, the BJP on Friday announced a slew of measures to woo minorities, particularly Muslims, in rural areas in a big way. The party has set up a national working committee for the minorities. For the first time, a national convention of minorities will be organised in September this year, BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain told reporters here. "It has been felt the correct image of BJP is not disseminated among the masses. People still think this is not the party of Muslims. We want to clear this misunderstanding," Hussain, who is party's minorities wing president, said. Unveiling the campaign plan, he said under

If we get that much revengeful, there will be a civil war then. Most of the above incidents have been done by cross border terrorists. If our systems is so strong, then why did we let go of Dawood's sister ? And now why do we want to fight with each other for something of the past ?

So, why ru sitting and farting in this message board ... go and file complaint in the SC to get justice against muslims ... for killing millions and millions of Hindus ... just farting and commenting is easy
Shame to police force of secular india, who always protected majority hindu community. Everyone knows what role Indian police played during 1984 Anti-Sikh, 1993 Mumbai and 2002 Gujrat riots. They had given free hand to hindus to kill sikhs and muslims and then targetted innocent muslims in fake encounters. shame to hindu nation.

No body is perfect , if sikh and muslims have hardliners in their community so does hindu has. Dont sikh had enough cry on 84 riots. What about 100 times more hindus being killed after that in Punjab and other parts of India....Its better for eveyone to move on and look at the postive also. Every communites has bad and good people in it.

your discomfort towards the muslims comes from the fact that they ruled most pasrts of india sometime or the other. and as rulers they did act upperhanded sometiems. let me ask you whether you also view the british in the same ligh or lick their ass?
RE:Shame to secular India
by Arif Rashid on May 26, 2007 09:28 AM
Stop spreading communalism. This massacre was ignored by govt. only because the victims were muslims. God forbid, if persons like you are caught by police . . .
