Not all, but most of them put fake experience in the resume. I don't know about the degree part: Some advice to my telgu brothers living in US: 1) Please do not talk very loud in Telgu in public places, if you must try to do it softly be considerate not everyone enjoy your tone.
2) Please do not wear red shirt and yellow pants like chiru and do try to iron your clothes.
3)Use febreeze it takes out that stong curry smell from your jackets and clothes so you'll not smell like Biriyani at work.
4) Please try to spend some money of personal hygine such as deo , soap etc, (not from $ shop) try walgreens or some place like that where you get some decent stuff.
5) When you are in company of a person who does not speak or understand telgu, try to talk in English.
