Too late a suspension.

While any encounter could be under cloud at any given time if the victim is a minority community, that is being unduly pampered by the state, killing the victim's wife after an alleged rape was definitely an act of abhorrable ghastliness.

Vanzara and Co. could be in a very serious trouble for the second count.

They ought to have known that though there are few sympathizers for the extortionists, terrorists, murderers, and rapists, our misconceived political, social and economic structures, built on an entirely misleading secularism, would hardly permit anything akin to the activities of ISI that is answerable only to their Allah.

Here in Bharatvarsh everybody is answerable to any tom, dick and mary if their sacred secularism is even slightly touched.

Vanzara must have known better in his capacity as a senior khakhi that anything and everything that could swell safed topi's vote banks would be indulged into by the safed topi even at the larger interests of Bharatvarsh and the people of Bharatvarsh, and that that they would be after his skin even after a few decades if the prospects of the vote bank could be brightened through his hanging.

Kudos for varun kumar for remebering the names- we almost forgot the individuals but rembered that they were from BJP. But dear will they now wash the old socks again, they have been discarded. And the Vanjara case got hype so the action had to be taken, to save face- simple inconvenient truth. Disciplinary actions are something rare in parties of today, specially in BJP,JD(U),Samta types, they are all bunch of opportunist united only by a common cause of Power and minority bashing(to get the former).

I want to thank BJP for giving such honest and brave police officers. Now that BJP has started doing the good job of killing anti-national elements in the country, it would be great if they can encounter the following:

1) Bangaru (sold Indias security and was cot red handed)
2) Jaswant Singh ( Freed terrorists and gave them money)
3) Babuhai Katara ( Mafia goon heading human trafficking racket)
4) Judev (Paisa khuda tau nahi, par khuda ki kasam, khuda sey kam bhi nahi)
5) Sanjay Joshi (Sex CD fame)

...more to come ... BJP please keep watchin this space!!

We live in Ahmedabad, we know riots situation better because we used to live in curfew for one month and night curfew for three months. In past riot cases Hindus were killed and no serious actions taken. These situation goes for last 40 years, and Hindus were the sufferers. now card change, we enjoy in ahmedabad, thanks to hero police like Mr. Vanzara. Ask your sister or mother that what is on road gundagiri? and what is gunda free atmosphere. In Ahmedabad 80% will say Vanzara is hero and there is no GUNA in killing Terrorist. In 7/7 London bomb blast case in police firing one innocent Braziline was killed.London authorities has not takeh any action on him insted of he has been promoted!!
BJP should give ticket to Vanzara and give him post of Home Minister. All prograsive country has strict rule to eleminate Terrorist, and hardcore crimanals.Think big, dont chant modi..modi

Dear Friend Shah

I pity you. I hope your happiness last long, How long do you think you can live peacefully by force instead live peacefully like other states by spreading love and affection among the citizens. That is the real life, not the life you are living under the shadow of fear. I can only laugh at your comparison of London incident with Shorabuddin and his wife's killing. What Vanzara did is a master mind planned attack and what happened in London was an accident. This is the reason I pity you people that your eyes are closed under Modi pressure.

Well dear friend Abdul Rahiman
Let me see one muslim (let alone you) sympathise with the pundits in Kashmir, killed in scores and now living in squalor in their own counrty, then you can trout your arguments. Unitil then do not expect the support of an average Hindu. You people are just hypocratic and talk of freedom and rights of only muslims. What has the country and the courts done to bring the criminals/terrorsts to justice. It because of the failure of the state, the courts and hyprical segment of society like you that Vanzaras are created and needed. My sympathies are with Vanzara.

my friend jeelani,
you are right that in gulf there are stringent laws, but here in india the secularist have made indian state into a soft state where in india a proven terrorist like afzal awarded capital punishment after a long legal battle, we are unable to hang him. and a state like gujrat when culprits are eliminated no one is hailing the cops but demoralising by media trial and criminals are glorified being the culprit belong to very special sacred community. my friend we in india also requires stingent laws and will power to send fear in the minds of criminals so that they can think several times before cummitting a crime

Abdul,

I donot think u are living in Gujrat.

Muslim in Gujrat are the most prosperous today than anywhere in the country. Buisness & employement opportunity given to them are the best than any other states. Economy of Gujrat is likely to be at par with any European country by 2010. Pls do not go by these media who only want some masala to show & print.

my friend rehaman,
you are concerned a muslim is killed who was a criminal. i am concenrned for my brothers and sisters of kashmir who has been flushed out from kashmir and living pityful life in delhi.no secularist shed tears for them.
afzal represents the case of those islamic fanatics whoare killing hindus in the name of islamic jehad and they feel proud of it when arrested and sentenced they make mokery of indian judiciary.
the division between hindus and mohammdens is not new, they have taken pakistan and the similar forces are again acting and creating trouble where these forces are.

My friends, we are first indians, let it be of any caste or any religion,
Killing the people of other religion is not bravery but it is cowardness, by doing this you are killing yourself,
Try to go to the houses of the people who are killed in riots, try to speak to their mothers, children and wifes, you yourself will come to know about these fights.
and before wishing something bad to the opposite people try to think if the same would have happened to you what would be the condition of your house,,
please please please try to think in this way

What about the people whom shorabudin killed. Where is justice for them. Criminals are criminals which ever religion he is from. In our country, where judiciary is very weak , there is only one go & that is encounter.

who you are to judge that he is criminal?
let's judge about that person who owns money more than that of his salary, let's judge about person who is responsible for law and harmoney in society, let's judge about ourselves.
if you think that all criminals should be punished by this method i am sure that nobody will survive, and if i am agree with you than let's same act should be imposed on them for killing of innocent lady(his wife). I am sure that you will refere to them under law.

and as you say criminals should be punished, i really agree with you, but do you think, modi killed shorabudin becoz he was a criminal, No not at all, Shorabuddin and his wife were killed becoz they belong to muslim community,
Who knows, what might be the truth, Politics is after all politics, they will modify the truth and present it

Man why are u so worried about afzal? I think if he is guilty he should be hanged and if he has not had a fair trial he should be given a retrial. lets clear that. But I think the biggest shame on law and order not that afzal is not hanged ( he is atleast in prison) but people who committed massacre of 2000 people who are still scot free and being protected by the government of Gujrat. No matter what justification u give for the riots and who started it, but if u tell killing innocent people was ok then there is not difference between u and the jihadis. both are different sides of the same coin.
RSS VHP Bajrang Dal Shiv Sena = Al qaida JEM Hizbul Mujahideen . All killers of innocent people

I think Gujrat police does not deserve to be called heros. a police force that allows killing of people and standing by the killers is useless

Prajapati's mother says that bullets were hit on his forehead. She asks if her son was shot in encoutner, was he in backwards movement that he had to be hit on the forehead ! i.e. encounter is hitting those fleeing. If one is hit while facing, it is not called encouner but murder !

She lives in a slum, is not as capable as the family of Shorabuddin. Will she ever get justice ??
