yes i will tell you bastr..d the bullet will be worth using, if it used to kill a stupid like you.
This is just a political play by Rahul Gandhi to get votes from the 7th round of UP elections. As so far congress people do not found the effect of Rahul Gandhi election campaign as exit polls confirming that the congress stands in 5th position.
Even if congress do this kind of false play and blaming BSP,as the BSP is in leading position.
Congress people do not play this kind of false play, if you do this ,your party will dimnish in near future elections of parliment.
I CONVEY IN ADVANCE MY CONDOLENCE TO RAHUL GANDHI. " BAD LUCK IN UP ELECTIONS "

Sane people would know to distinguish between the Good and the Bad regardless of what the religious leaders preach. It is up to the followers to observe the Good ones and discard the bad ones.
I watched the first one. The preacher is really sick I guess. If he hears that I said so, he will issue a Fatwa. Anyway Good luck to catch and execute me. I don't care. Fatwa is one of the reasons most of the good followers keep silent.

Thanks for theese links i never knew @ these things
A very interesting interpretation of public place. I am sure that had these people been members of the Congress party, and duly armed with licensed weapons, they would not have been apprehended. Does public place refer to a person's home only?
RE:What constitues public place?

very correct ramesh. 144 also states that not more then 4 people can gather at a public place. Now there are few more questions -
1. what was the position in the dining hall of the hotel. 2. Has police arested any of the rahul's security guards for the same charges.

Abe, bajrangi, First you read the IPC 144 thoroughly and properly and then do such stupid arguements.
Tomorrow you will say Police should also be arrested for the same charges.
You will also say that even a funeral cannot be attended under 144.
You pls go through the IPC144 and then come on board.
Administration should take strict action against the persons violating section 144. This again proves the role of criminal in Indian politics. Election commission is doing its best job.
