Poor Indian Police team. They have to trap the culprits alive and hand over them to the government. Inefficient government (using as Vote Bank) acquit them all. It is in this pretext that our country needs a strong Encounter Squad, to whom full power and authority should be given to identify the criminals and finish them off. They will be acuited only when they are sent to the judiciary. So the government can save money spent towards unwanted areas.
No one should be convicted we have such a good juridiction system provided us by Britisher's that it is so long & yet our govt. liar's are not being able to build up the case that all the accused were free. so in the interest of nation we should not waste Tax payer's money in getting these cases run when Mr.kaskar deported to india it was certain nothing will hapen.same thing was certain when there sister surrendered before court. So all the Best all of them .Even if Dawood surrender's nothing will happen to him He wiill contest the election & can become Chief minister the Gov.will not allowed a case to be registerdagainst him

how right you are sir. as an ordinary indian citizens all we can do is watch helplessly whilst the beasts rip off flesh of our mother India and as well as her citizens. Regards.Haresh.
One should not break their heads about Dawood. He is played the game of death. That is the game which should be played with him. If he were in India, then there is meaning to the point that, he be nabbed and subjected to the Indian Judicial perview. Wether he gets convicted or acquitted is an sub-judice issue. But, since he is playing his game of death from off shore locations, specially Karachi, he should be dealt with in his location itself. Doesnt matter if it involves taking out the whole street (Pakmodia street) in which he lives.
Dawood was so confident of indian judiciary and ofcourse the Police that he had sent his brother khasker to surrender in 2003. Well, what can you say except the 'f' word.
Why is this 'Beating around the bush' going on for over 20 years? I am still awaiting the day that I get to hear the most awaited news i.e. 'Dawood Convicted by Indian Court & Sentenced to Capital Punishment'. If Dawood had been nabbed in the early stages itself(before absconding to Dubai with a false passport), all this Fiasco would never have taken place. But alas! Our trio of Filthy Politicos, Baseless Bureaucracy & Corupt Judiciary never let this happen. They are still very complacent & unwilling to do anything about Dawood for the fear of losing Muslim Vote Banks. Suffer india, Duffer India.....

the "if" word is very strong in India. Question is how Dawood was allowed to become so powerful right under the nose of the government ? There are no answers and never will be. Illegal buildings are constructed and no action taken against them. The Govt, must be held accountable only then will all this nonsense stop. Currently they allow a crime and if the criminal is caught it takes 20-30 years to convict him, either he flees from the country and thats that ? Why Quattorichis bank account was un-frozen and he was allowed to take out all the money ? Govt and CBI must answer this.
