Islam when one looks into without the AYATS , is good! But with the AYATS (& and shariat)its a nuisance, meant for ARAB WORLD!
The above judgement is very very good as far as the muslim women is concerned.A Muslim men can marry four times after the Talaq. Each women will deliver number of children and the poor lady has to suffer to provide education, food etc. No body from their community come forward to provide education and other needs to these poor children and the divorced lady. These are the reasons this community is not able to achieve anything in their life and always facing poverty.Now one will think twice before they divorce and go for number of marriages.The benefit out of this poverty is taken away by the Congress party forn the last so manby years. Now we have to wait and see what this Central Government is doing to earn their votes.

One who claims Islam is peaceful is right! Islam followers have three categories -- one, who takes the oppressins, within own community, as their selfish tools! two, the oppressed ones, mostly converted by tyranny! AND THREE, THOSE WHO ARE DREAMING TO CONVERT WHOLE WORLD BY TERORISM ! Its this third category who say 'Islam is peaceful! For them -- killing is peace! looting, settting fire to innocents' properties is peace! capturing others' females is peace! attacking various lands through terrorism is peace! THE NEED IS TO TEACH THEM PEACE IN THEIR OWN WAY! They dont follow the good things of Islam, They go by AYATS ONLY!

Majeel - I just don't believe a sane person can say something like "if u get a chance to meet an arabic girl of 13 year old,she will be as good to marry as a 18-19 year old indian girl" - this is exactly the point about what people think of muslims - that they are demented men who think of women as nothing more than sex objects and give it a status less than that of a dog ...
Good judgment, An eye opener for muslium community.Let them change them self for better future than stick to old suppersion of thier own women folks. It is better intellectual community to start educating muslium community.
The Shah Bano ruling was nullified by the 1986 Act. The then Congress Government bowed to the noise raised by mullas. It did not heed the voice of liberal muslims like Arif Mohammad Khan (a minister in Rajiv Gandhi cabinet). The conscientious Arif Muhammad Khan resigned.
History will repeat itself again now that a congress Government is in power.
