Not only Canadian Government but the British Government too must apologise on moral grounds.It is the British which which instigated Governments of their colonies and Governments under their influence not let the ship dock at any of their ports.Not only this,on return to Calcutta,the survivors fired at many were killed.This is the unparalleld human tragedy. The commonwealth of nations must pass a resolution condemning this man-made tragedy and apologise to the Indian people.
The whole world has pulled a film of ignorance over their eyes to the misdeeds of developed countries like Canada, US, UK etc & just idolise them for their (pseudo) halo of frivolity; it has become a slave to these nations. But slowly, slowly, the skeletons are coming out of their cupboard. Am glad to see this.
