Public has beaten so called accused... but what abt Police and leaders involved. Do public or advocates has dare to do the same with police or Politician (not Leaders, bcoz now there is no Leader in india, only politicians). can u do something to these....?????????????
Let the law take its course. It is better that all the evidence comes in open. Let the conspiracy if any, also come in to open. Let public, least of all, the educated lawyers not interfere with the law. It is strange that the lawyers in place of setting example in fornt of general public, are themselves taking law in their hands, that too in front of a court?

Hi Ajit Khandekar . you are a genious. You shouldnt have born in this country, where lot of HUMAN RIGHTS voilation like this incident is happening. I am sure that if your kid is also raped n killed, then also you will tell the same thing, first open the proof n all.... Pity on you and pity on psedo intellectuals , who are bane of our society
It was a very bad thing happened in the court today. Nobody has the right to beat up an accused no matter how grave is the crime done by him. There are two things, one, the person has not been convicted till now and the second is that nobody should be allowed to take the law in hand. If we allow people to decide and do whatever they like, the country will have anarchy everywhere. But the sad thing is that in our country the media highlights the issue so much that a person is seen as criminal before he is convicted by the courts. The beating by lawyers reminds me one song from the movie "Roti" Yaar humari baat suno, aisa ek insaan chuno Jisne paap na kiya ho jo paapi na ho. aur pahla pathar wo mare jo khud papi na ho...

Dear Denis, If there is no fear of law, whose fault is that. Do we respect law, on roads, in offices, anywhere? Beating of policeman or politicians is not the solution. If something is wrong in the society, we will have to correct it. Nobody will come from the heavens to correct that. its our collective responsibility to make the society better. The policemen and politicians come from the same society we are from. If we are corrupt, we will get corrupt police and politicians. If we are correct we will get the same. If you really want to clean the police and politics, go and join them and give the country at least one example of good police man or politician.

Ajit, would you have the same reaction if your daughter or sister was a victim? Wake up, man. These are not the times of Gandhigiri anymore.

My dear friend, I am not saying that we should leave the accused person here. We should pressurize the administration and the judicial system to have a quick and complete trial of this and Pandher should get what he deserves. I would have been happy if somone from the family memnbers of those children has killed pandher and surinder, but the people who have beaten the two have no right to do so.

Mr Chandrashekhar, You are right that I read a lot but i thing you have never read even a single book in your life. That is why you dont even know how to behave. The second thing is that "kiska khoon kitna gharm hai...it is decided how you brew your anger and use it in the correct direction and not by doing insane activities like beating people on streets. I am very disappointed with your use of language here. Is it the so called cultured, educated Internet using generation of India?
Goog job done. I wii request the lawers not to take-up (help) this type of culprits & Request The Honourable Judge to Order for "Hang In PUBLIC" to discourage this type of crime
I am very happy on reading this article.Leave about Pandher, Kohli beaten up in court, what do the Police men doing? Its completely an administrative Disaster.

Why? We should find out, why despite so many complaints, no action was taken against them.
Who was supporting them? What was the mechanism?
If you kill them, the required information will go with them and the behind the scene culprits will enjoy.
