Regarding Nithari Killing accused beaten up
by Badrilal Gautam on Jan 25, 2007 02:54 PM

It is regretted to mention that we people and media having soft corner with criminals. we acn think about beating of accussed but we can't feel the pain of gargians of victims. Of course public and lawar's have done right things but those should not be killed because of they can give information regarding other accused involved in the Nithari killings.

Nithari Killing
by Prakashan Valappil on Jan 25, 2007 02:49 PM

Immediate trial and capital punishment is the only way to punish such people and detter others for such a henious crimes. We still follow the law which the British Rulears made for their convenience.

Expression of perceived failure of indian judicial system
by paramasivan sivakumar on Jan 25, 2007 02:41 PM  | Hide replies

This incidence is a clear indication of what is in store for the future India. This is not merely a small incident, but is a wake-up call for the Indian Judicial System and the Government. For the years, the Indian Judicial System and the Police department have exhibited inefficiency in handling the crimes, especially which are committed by influencials of the society. Politices, money, power, and threat to life resulted wide spread corruption in these systems resulting a 'loss of faith' in a common mans mind. Recent incidents of public activism in Jessica Lal case and this Nithari incident can be seen not just as a 'happening' but as a warning to a 'failing' social control system in the Indian Society. Though the indian films reflected this fact over the years, the reality wakes up only of now. These happenings remind of a system called PEOPLES LAW where the punishment is being given ON THE SPOT by a common man. These lengthy court proceedings, nowadays are just carried out to provide SUFFICIENT TIME to the accused to escaped from the clutches of fragile law. In my perception, NITHARI does not end with surendra and moninder, but a network of people from various classes of the society. So in my view, these judicial proceedings and the attack mat be deliberate attempts by the HIDDEN culprits to shut up the accused and satisfy the common man.

real culprits
by senthil kumar on Jan 25, 2007 02:40 PM

People should understand that these kinds of psychos are unavoidable in any society. But the main culprits are cops who kept silent for this many years.

NOIDA KILLERS
by ramprasad on Jan 25, 2007 02:38 PM

Our law permits the killers to escape capital punishment and even contest elections and we vote for them. Immidiate capital punishment of death to be awarded to the killers with in a month otherwise it is a great loss to the nation and controling such crime is difficult.

Chhupe Rustams ka bhee pata lagao....
by Dilip Gupta on Jan 25, 2007 02:33 PM

Moninder and Surendra ye to kewal Oont(Camel) ke munh(mouth) mein Jeera ke jaise hain. With these two there are many others with, behind and similar to these in our country in the form of a Gang. We can get information abt these others by strict inquiry. becs these involve Politicians, IAS, IPS, Doctors, and other low level ppl like hawaldaars, advocates etc.

So CBI should not let them die or hang instead it should allow ppl to beat them as and when they come for trials.

No! They should not be Killed NOW ; Evidence of Cops and others would be lost
by sudip majumder on Jan 25, 2007 02:20 PM

Beaten up and lynching a limb or two is OK but not kill them. There are more number of animal faces behind them who should be exposed and be lynched. Those not yet exposed would be all the IPS officers and Police in that area some so-called businessmen the legendary Bhais and politicians of UUttam Pradesh

Let's get things right first...!!!
by on Jan 25, 2007 02:16 PM

Dear Citizens ,

There's no point beating them to the blues, but rather extract the reality from them as to who all are involved with them...? What about the so called Gr8 Politicians' & the Police DGP's & others'..., have we treid to find out what's their role....? coz, they are the only CORRUPT ones (citizens') of this nation, who might be compelling them to make articulated statements.

What justice are they doing to this nation....?
inspite of we paying tax through our nose...!!!

Hence, the Judiciary should take a strict action against them as well as take the others' to task. More than 70 - 75 % of our so called leaders are liable to be thrown out of their seats...so wat will they lead this nation.., rather they are CORRUPTING it to the core...

Regards ,

Beat the saviour who disgraced
by Nazia Khan on Jan 25, 2007 02:10 PM

Hi Freinds,

Beating up these people and showing anger especially by people like lawyers is insane.
These people should get maximum punishment ever .But do the very people have the guts to beat those people who acted like saviours to these canibals for more than a year.
Sinners always exist nothing new ,but what should be done with people who protect the sinners.
