our constitution was framed similar to british law at the time of 1956. Now we are 2007, the new constitution law to be create without loop holes. We can be a powerful country in the world. But apparently with minor changes and amendments in law it give big gap for developments. (e.g.) If a cheque bounce in a bank, immediately bankers issue letter to police take action and make 3 months prison. Afterwards, no one will not issue the bounce cheque. This system follow up in U.A.E. countries. But in india it will take minimum 18 months to 10 years.

bze theirs once race, one religion and one language with a short history. We too have the hassa but we can have for what we have.
Re-writing Constitution at the present situation is not easy as the cancer of discrimination and appeasement has reached to an alarming stage. Better , it would be suggestive to abolish the job-reservation on cast,creed or religion.It should be simply on economical,handicaped or widowed etc.. Uniform civil code has to strictly adopted and practised Educational reservations can be given under the existing system of castism provided the individual shows a noticeable performance with in two attempts to reach the prescribed minimumrequirement of particular course.All commodities and essential amenity of living should freely available at uni-rate at all federal divisions. politicians must undergo social services for a minimum of 2-3yrs at any of the federal states continouesly and any authentic institutions must certfy it. All citizens must serve either in defence or hospital services for a minimum period of 2-3 yrs after attaining 18 yrs of age. Supreme court must be the final authority to give the judgement and all other institutions and citizens of india must adhere to it.Indian citizens irrespective of practicing religion must not disrespect national anthem, song and flag. atleast the these initial things can be put to vote within the highly learned and renowned Indians and can put into practice, I wish, it will elevate our sincerety and respect to our country and the elders of our socity a greater extent. and ofcourse, it will bring peace and harmony among our Indians.
Hope India get a ruler from the Army. We badly need discipline and need to root out corruption. Constitution should be changed to make politicians more accountable. There should be age limit for all political offices and educational qualification to become MLA/MP/Minister.

There must be military rule so that the new rule will clean all dirty politicians so that the unaccounted money could be used for re-paying the world bank loan.

Yes, 1) Change the existing set of Reservation to NO Reservation. Country should hunt and run by creamy layers only (from all section of people). 2) Politicians should be rested before age of 65 and they should not be eligible for election. 3) During political crisis all IPS and IAS should control the administration. 4) Remove all useless politically biased Governor post. 5) President and Prime minister/Chief Minister should be elected by the people of India, not by MPs/MLA and should have a proper control on the corrupted cabinet. 6) Supreme court should have the supremacy of all power and laws. Cabinet only should help Supreme Court (SC) and should not have authority to override SC. 7) Any political party should be banned for anti-national dialogues and activities. 8) Pseudo-secular parties (or persons) should be brought into justice. 9) There should be a constitutional right to every citizen devoted to the nation. 10) CBI should be under president office.

Dont know about re-writing constitution but stop migration from one state to another....its killing Mumbai specifically! There is no development in other states..up,bihar, etc because of this migration.
