I am pretty impressed by Khanduriji's bold views on tackling curruption and handling development (in various TV interviews today). I hope he honours his words. My best wishes are with him and his government.

BJP Wins.

Media in our country is biased. When Congress wins, it is glorified by the media to extreme heights. If BJP wins, the victory is underplayed.

Hi People,
Please don't mix the Uttarakhand results with communal politics. Uttarakhand mandate is for Development only. We want only Development, Development and Development...

Unfortunately, the communal and caste-baiting elements from a particular end of the political spectrum are only too willing to inject their communal politics into any situation. That's one of the reasons why there is a vote for change. We need values-based politics.

Divide n Rule failed
by Rohit on Feb 27, 2007 07:13 PM

Congress key policy 'Divide n Rule failed' boomeranged .

They finally got bitten by their stupid policy like Sachar.... Afsal Guru ..... Reservation in premier institutes....

They did divided people but ultimately beneficiary were BJP and new power in the state BSP.

If they continue like this then like UP they will be out of uttrakhand also..

Still two year left for center management ... Better put yr act together or be ready to be junior partner in all the states.

ARE WE FOOL ?
by kirti katarya on Feb 27, 2007 06:39 PM

It is very clear from the verdict came during last few years that there is vast gap between requirements and expectations of public and efforts & sincerity of our politicians. Public do not wish to see the face of people in power again because of their shattered hopes.

Unfortunately our leaders have tries to present themselves as a powerful person like DADA either because of their background or developed extremely high personal interests after getting power.

Development what so ever has taken place in the country during past, is just basic. In my opinion, neither we nor our politicians have any reason to appreciate so high.

Rest assured, we will have same kind of verdict in the future to come also.

Regards

K K KATARYA

MAHILAS ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE PRICE RAISE OF GOLD. THEY ARE WORRIED ONLY THE PRICE RAISE OF FARM PRODUCTS. INTERNATIONAL RAISE OF GOLD PRICE HAS THE IMPACT ON ALL OTHER ITEMS. COUNT THE NUMBER OF GOLD SHOPS IN YOUR PLACE JUST 10 YEARS BEFORE
