I think when you make any such assessments plz keep in mind you shud also talk of double standards, I think this hold true for all forms of Religion and so called Keepers of their Religion.....If you talk abt North and its History lets not forget that in your South what sorts of ways and means are abopted by the church and missionaries to convert people on the groung of providing shelter.......and now Orissa which is gripped with the Riots between Hindus and Christians......these are the same people who were Hindus once upon a time now they are fighting in the name of Religion.

I dont think so Most of the Indian muslims are more patriotic then Hindus itself. We did not have any person like Mahatma Gandhi in India since independence except APJ Abdul Kalam.

Difference is,Hindus had many patriots, not only Mahatma Gandhi but muslims had only one APJ Abdul Kalam.

Let me give a small fact here....if Pakistan and Bangladesh were not devided...Indian Muslims population arises to 45 crores....Muslims would not be treated as minorities...inturn they would be having a strong representations in Parliamentry and Assemblies...if u do Radh yathra....they will start another yathra...u have RSS, they would be having RMS...Normally Muslims r united..the whole muslim community will vote for their own party and Hindu votes are devided to Dalit parties, Congress...BJP.....Indian Muslims are also against partition...because they are also suffering now.

Al Quida has committed strategic blunder by killing Benazir. No matter how liberal, she was a muslim first. Worst still 20 more people (all muslims) were killed in the attack. This will not help Al quida. There are lots of muslims all over the world who support AL quida becoz of religion. Many of then don't even understand its motive, ideology, priciples etc. They just support it in the name of religion. By killing muslims AL Quida is diluting the communal divide and the islamic fundamentalism which is its support base.

It is apparently true that lots of muslim people around the world would either support AlQueda or not criticize it because of the religion. Religion is the biggest organizing principle in this world and people tend to think of religious mates and organisations as the ones who are truly theirs. Rationality always takes a back seat when it comes to religion.
With Al Queda having killed Benazir and muslims, this might implant a doubt in their minds. But how far a loyalty eroding effect this act will have on their minds is difficult to predict. Some people might indeed take this as a celebrations, some lesser few might be confused and some might have found their eyes open at this act. But, it is very difficult to protest against the mighty. So, even the latter would be involuntarily forced to support the AlQueda in a bid of their own survial.

bhai mere.. Iraq mein kya hooraha hein. Muslims against muslims. But one good thing about Islam is that they easily blame it on something else.In all such cases where muslims kill muslims, its due to US, Israel, UK or if its Pak , it could be India. Your arguement is wrong.

Are You Educated ? Then why dont you join Politics, Educated People just want a good Job for their Daily LIving and leave the other things on other people, the main thing is they leave the country into the hands of uneducated people who can even spell their own name properly,

Religion now a days has become more important then GOD himself. We fail to understand that religion is there to achieve GOD!! Iam sure Hindus doens know abc of hinduism same with muslims ditto with sikhs and christian
