I agree; This article seems very limited and biased. Have they compared diffrent activities? Like compare almonds and walnuts to chocolate and cold meat? Or Yoga, while not as immediately gratifying, and sex etc. How is any one to know. Pure gibberish.
I remember reading somewhere that while sex is good, masturbating every day is bad for the brain. Once in three or four days is totally harmless but every day is not good for the brain. so be careful :-)

COCOA SEEDS from which chocolate is made are good for the brain cos they have falvinoids which peole say are present in chocolate. but in reality flavinoids are removed from cocoa seeds while making choclote cos they taste bitter. even dark chocolate is darkened artificially after that
