There are hundreds of endangered animals are being killed everyday and not even a single case has been registerd on anybody in Indian judicial history. Its is the first time in Indian judicial history that a person being sentenced for 5 years just for killing a animal!! (not yet proved). why? just because he is a celebrity(rather a big celebrity)and ofcourse his religion.

Of course he should be punished for more than 5 years and another 15 years for drinking driving and killing innocent people. Indians make such a hue and cry when it comes to film stars. Let the judiciary decide. And anyway with all the publicity ordinary people will come to know the consequences of killing endangered animals.
Drunk driving , no licence, killed sleeping people, no respect for hunting laws, killing wild animals, woman beating.Salman deserves atleast 10 years in jail. In the US under DUI if you kill people its mandatory 10 years.

If you make a mistake you have to pay a price for it. And the price for this mistake is jail. If not he will make the same mistake again. Why do you get punished if you don't do your homework?

You moron , drinking and driving is a crime by itself, not having a licence is another crime. If you add the first two with people who died, Salamn is guilty as hell. He deserves 10 years

blackbuck is an endagered spieces of deer which Salman has killed. He is not being charged for killing any normal deer. You wont be arrested for killing a Cat, but you will surely be arrested if you kill a Tiger.

you can kill a cat/dog in India without much tension being jailed or...as they are readily avaialble...but if you do the same in US, MAMU KA HATH KA KHANA KHANA PADEGA..same thing is for "deers" in India they are rare (means compares to st. cats/dogs)...so the law is not made with size or beauty its the numbers/area..

Arrogance and terrorist behaviour should never be tolerated and be dealt with strict and serious punishment who so ever the person may be. There are only certain bad elements in bollywood who creat such problems.
