Don't u think if imprisonment on section 419 a bit un-diplomatic? I think major countries in the world would refuse to surrender important criminals giving this stupid example of a culprit like monica bedi? and tell that, "indian gov does not keep its words and hence forth we will not surrender people to this government?"
Again a big fish has been escaped by loopholes our judicial system.All know about Monica Bedi & her network,but she has been releived by only 5 yrs ????
Opinion: Monica didn't do a crime with the scheme Therefore, she should win her appeal on a plea bargain that suspends her own passport for a certain length of time, accompanied by a fine.
