I'm really not satisfied by the punishment given. They must be hanged not just given jail.
If punishment increases and is maximized, then the crime will naturally decrease and get minimized. Take for example in the Gulf, if any such things happens, just cut the head immediately within a week. Not like this after more than 10 years, just give jail.
