If victims will not given justice & Accused will not be punished even after 22 years as the proverb goes " Justice delayed is Justice denied " then such type of Violence of mass destruction againt humanity of Madiveal age can be repeated many times even in Modern age . Its duty of Indain Govt , Intellactual people , Indian Newspapers editors , Indian Suprem Court to ensure that justice must be given with its full impact & culprit must not be escaped even after 22 years & Such type of mass destruction against humanity must not be repeated be any means in future in order to uphold the glory of Indian Constitution & Indian civilisation .
