Can someone tell me who this nut is? and why should India join the NPT or forced to for that matter. Is it okay for China to poliferate and yet be part of defunct NPT or for Iran and North Korea (axis of evil thanks to Paki/ China nexus) to undertake nuclear tests.
Why should India be member of discriminatory policies of NPT? Has this nut ever read the NPT before commenting on such issue. Rediff should ignore such writer who are catering to HMV (His Maters Voice).
