1. It explicitly creates irrational hierarchy among Indians which is against Article 14. 2. Parents covertly train their children to coerce other children as per the above hierarchies. I deplore any other religion that does this.
SC are being developed because reservations. Some states have OBC reservations and some do not have in the past. The states which have reservation, they implemented partially. Some back backward classes are not socially backward some are partially socially backward and they were getting their share of jobs with being near to FCs or enjoying the quota. At present many of backward class castes have more illiterate percentage than SCs. Many reports from each channel/media are forward caste people. Showing Lalu and Mulayam or Nitish it is not proper to say that proportionate representation is there in the political, educational, cultural and media departments. Let the reservation for every caste based on their population with minimum percentage limit for standards. Who says that there is no class discrimination or divide at present. We are all ready divided by caste. Let us take our share on the caste basis. A refugee is getting better opportunities than a native poor backward. Let there should be total subsidies to all sections. Let us have total property record, total education record. Now there is corruption every where. What standards one can expect in a corrupt society. Who has carved present society? Are they not educated class? Village revenues were under forward castes. Is I not root cause for corruption. Every political part is supporting OBC reservation, why UPA to be blamed? As long as social divide is there reservations should be there.
Sub: Integrity-Intellectual awreness in a Technological Society. Well known educationist-scholar Subhash Kak has rightly pointed out the anamolies apparent in India. Technology Management function needs Intellectuals from various branches to help India forward. A backward step is to beg IIT status to some existing or stagnant University. Fellow Scientists or Scholars need not rub their shoulders of Ego. Be realistic. Intellectuals are wanted for the benefit of Society or not. Caste or creed does not come-up. Excellence is the key word. Get rid off the Bureaucratic mind-set. India needs atleast 12 Technology Management Institutions beyond the present structure of IITs or IISc with VISION for the next two to five decades. Get organised or perish as silent spectator. Project inadequacy as a spring-board for progress.
