Trade is to be mutual.

If Australia feels not to sell Uranium to India, Let it have its own decision. No problem and India has no right to complain. But India must take few decisions immediately concerning Its interests. One of that could be scale down the trade and increase it with France, US and any other country which is ready to support India for its concerns. Similarly, It must have stringent requirements while allowing Australian firms to do business in India as India can use that money to develop relations with people who have concerns about it. Rules are meant for amending depending on the emerging facts and Australia does not think it fit, no problem, it can its rules in place and India can amend to suit its interest.
