Appropriate action must be taken against the commitee members for not respecting the High Court restrain on the tabling of the report and going public. In fact this very commitee is questionable right from its very inception and when people with vested interests form commisions and inquiry commitee there can be no respect for truth and justice. Shame on the politicians and judges who are a part of this sham.
Well done the hon'ble HC by saying indirectly, "you see, Banerjee it is the bane that Indian society is suffering from: the urge for playing to the gallery. You see, I tell you, better stop your fulminations by way of press conferences. The manner in which the Commission submitted the report and UCB's press conference displays more amply than anything that the Commission did not conduct the inquiry and write the report with full self-confidence.
