Whom we are making fool. The root of Gujarat problem was burning of live people inthis train. It is a shame that on one side we are digging to prove one community on Gujarat riots guilty whereas on other side throwing dust in the eyes of all to save another community just to please some. I am ashamed. hemant
i don't understand ,what is a need of such committee? i agree that post godhara riots was disgusting thing ,govrment could have stopped it.But then every one is knowing that the reports by all such committees are nonsense and they are making fool to whole nation.I never see that any committee gave report against ruling party or in favour of opposite party.Report would be other way if BJP was in central govt.So why govt is wasting public's money by forming such committees.All are knowing what had happened at that time.if it was an accident then why most of them could not came out from that coach?in case of accident one can easily pull the chain and come out until some thing prevent them to do it.
I am wondering if the report is correct, why only this kind of accident happened in signal faliya - at godhara? in the history of indian railways? at the time when innocent KarSevaks (mostly women and kids) were travelling?
The congress party is all set to woo the muslims..They can stoop down to any level..I don't think so that the relatives of people who died will be ever getting justice
This is really sad that the persons from judiciary have stoopped so low, that to please their masters, and to get the comforts and money, they fabricate the judicial reports. Now when the faith of the citizens on judiciary is fast eroding, this is going to shake the confidence of the people of the country in judiciary further. Everyone knows that the train was torched, and there were eyewitnesses, whom we had seen telling the gruesome details on the TV channels soon after. Were they liers? All that they told in many words was illusion? Strange are the ways of of our judicial system, that it distorts the facts and interprets to suit some interested groups. Justice U. C. Banerjee has undermined the judiciary in a big way. No one will easily trust the reports of judicial commissions in future, whats so ever they are.
so what have we been learning from the eyewitnessses and survivord are wrong.please stop making mockery of democrac6yin the name of secularism.dont make political mileage on the corpse of people of the nation.the report will do more harm to the communal harmony than what was done by the aftemath of the godhra incident.so called secular parties of india you should be ashamed of yourself....please dont make the same mistake again.dont distort the meaning of the word secularism sso that in the future we r ashamed to even use the word
