Uncle Boris of the Soviets, saw India only as a milch cow and and a toady, ready to take her side in every intrnational dispute with the west - in return for such unflinching 'friendship', India got hugely over-priced junk and huge amounts of pats on the back and flattering noises. In fact, poor India was subsidizing the Soviet economy - due the exhorbitantly over-valued Rouble vs the Rupee(Rupee account), the Russ were able to acquire Indian manufactured products at give-away prices which they then sold at a huge profit. Now that the tables are turning, they're playing the 'new' friendship game of placating their good friend by 'allocating' a new plot of land to replace of the one which was high-handedly taken away by the Russian govt. It's time India told Uncle Boris where to get off! And their CPI and CPM cronies also.
