Viewing some comments on terrorism, and subsequently linking it with Islam, I would like to tell our fellow brothers that, Islam is distorted and its interpretations are wrongly exposed to the people, with an intention of tarnishing its name by some so called "muslims". Jihad has its different interpretations in Islam I am not going to elaborate on this, but Islam says to fight for jihad only, when everyway is closed to save only the religion. It ne'er means that, it resorts to take a recourse to killing innocent people, but to wage a war against those, who are given to tarnishing or destroying it. So far a true muslim must take part only unarmed in jihad as long as it can be achieved through negotiations, but to taking arms, when the negotiation fails. So, these terrorists are enemies of Islam and those even who hurt other religions in the past or the present in the name of Islam are all enemies of it. As also I would like to mention that, if one has a muslim name, can not be called a muslim, as the son of a doctor or the son of an advocate can't be called a doctor or an advocate.
Just think over it, what will happen if religion is ignored. Why do we ask people , what religion he belongs to. I you find an infant on a road , how do you decide his religion. If you start from the beginning you will get the answers to all questions. God never made any religion. It is we humans who have created different religions. And if you say that God has created religion prove it to me and tell me where God has written about any religion. I also want to remind you , that whatever is happening is nothing new. It is mentioned in Quran, Bhagwad gita and other genuine holy books. The Quran and Bhagwad Gita have the truth in them but do you have the ability to understand what is written. Keep in mind that no one can intepret any reading correctly. Just think of it.
Insipid interview..learnt nothing..the man is an appeaser a poor apologist..these kind of intellectuals who dont call a spade a spad, add more to the denial, which is the bane of Islam....no insight in this article.
Dear doctor Jelen I want to ask you a question. In reply of Mr. Athest question you have told that it was your first visit to India and you find it correct in term of multiculturalism and multi religion. R u not aware what has happened in Gujrat in 2002 with innocent muslims and what happen with muslim in 1990 Riots. All over India Innocent muslims were murdered, so how u came on to a conclusion that India is a secular and a peaceful country. In my views first we have to give equal weightage and respect in every field to the muslim community then we can think for a united India. I love my India and Indians but some of the communal politicians are feeding poisons into the minds of non muslims just to go against Muslim. Now tell me what is your openion?
This is an insult to Islam. It gives credence to the oft heard remark that islam is responsible for 90% of the conflicts in the world. Such uncharitable remakrs go to fortify terrorism.

This article illustrates that the present scourge of Islamic terrorism is not at all a new phenomenon. Islamic terrorism was was unleashed from its very inception and went on almost unabated since then. For centuries, the Islamic terrorism was unleashed by the state, which was of much greater ferocity and destruction. In recent years, it has been undertaken by the underground fringe groups as the Govts of Muslim countries have become helpless due to the international obligation of modern world order. Islamic terrorism has only changed hands and nothing else
Islamic Terrorism

In recent times, overshadowing the relative calm of the past few decades, there has been a sudden surge in violence and terrorist activities by the Islamic zealots and fanatics. Hence, there is a debate as to why Muslims did not indulge in terror and violence during the past decades and centuries. There might be some consolation in the thought that Islamic violence was not so evident during the early 20th century. However, there is also a general impression amongst both Muslims and the non-Muslims that there was never any Islamic violence and terrorism until the last 2-3 decades. One respected moderate Muslim columnist Tanveer Jaffri in his recent column, "Terror and Terrorism in the World: The Remedy", wrote:
