Pooh another sarkar , another babu dom in each distric, another wave of frustration. thats the negative side
the good side is that this is a lop sided but only initiative the govt do fo J&K. Does it reduce militancy, does it reduce the parallel economy in the state, does reduce un employment. if yes, then we need statstics .
