The illegal building with moneymaking proposals like rents, shops etc should be demolished ruthlessly and all the concerned corporation, civil plannig senior officials and elected members upto the level of Member of Parliament should be punished to the extent not not to resort to have repetion of these in future. If the courts are only giving the judgements for adminisrative purposes, We donot need IAS & IPS officers who enjoy fat salaries and other perks but perform the duties with complete ignorance and violation of the rules and regulations . In such scenerio let the administration be run by the Judiciary alone therby saving lot of money.
