Love live bainirama. Indians have not forgotten 14th day adventist Christian hand in the anti Indian coup.

This is a fact that Our English media is trying to hide when the fact is Indian face racial discrimination everywhere by these Christian forces. Tech has helped give some edge to talented people but Christian force never stopped to spread their evil jealoous mind in this world. Indian should be careful of worshipper of Jealous heart.

Dear Mr whoever you are - one thing is clear you are either a native fijian supporter of indigenous fijian hagemony or sympathetic to it. Where from you got that 35% figure ? Indians were in majority before that trecherous coup by indegenous fijians and their number now actually stands at about 44-45% as widely known in Australia let alone India. If Commodore Bainimarama acan achieve of what he has promised to do , then Indo indo fijians will again outnumber the native fijians who are selfish to the hilt.

Fiji

A remarkably naive article. Almost touching in its simplicity but marred
by its factual failures - not least its grossly over-estimation of the Indian
population of Fiji. Its more likely to be around 35 percent but it would
not be surprising if it was much lower; you see so few Indians in Suva
these days - and plenty in Auckland. And Fiji has not had a census in 11
years - over two coups and a mutiny ago!
Indo-Fijians have grossly miscalculated in aligning themselves with
Bainimarama; it may be their last great historical mistake in Fiji. Happily
most of them are welcome in New Zealand.

Dear Michael

Why does this sound to you like a naive analysis? Why dont you present your views, I am sure that will clarify the naivety of this analysis.

As far as the estimation goes I dont think the estimation of Indian population is based on a head count by Alok. His estimate is in line with estimates by other organisations like Reuters

Whether Fijian Indians have made a mistake or not only time will tell. Clearly the last 3 coups did make their lives better and secondly the plan to forgive all the coup plotters and provide no ownership rights would not have made lives better anyway. I dont see them losing too much from the coup anyway.

Fiji is a racist country, no doubt at all. I dont see any of you kiwis making a noise about it. I wonder why
