It is good riddence .It is unfortunate that the Indian political community is replete with charcters like him .People enter politics in this nation wit the sole intention of making money. Most of them are shameless too . They would not also mend themselves ; but will justify or defy when their misdeeds aew brought . a honest man or one born in a decent family would not stand any criticism even if it is false and would leave the fileld of service voluntarily if people raise a doubt about his behaviour. But to-days politicions totally devoid of sensitivities and would cling on to power by hook or crook , for they know that the polital gang is a group of gansters in teh business of amassing wealth misusing the position and that one's capacity to continue in the business lies in his ability to do it without being caught very badly.When it comes to power and money ,hardly self respect and sensitivity matters for politicians as todays policiticians are from backgrounds tha lack all these values. India will not die if such rogues are out of politics . India will only progress well if such people are out of politics.The people alond can send them packing . The day is not far off.
In fact the P.M. initially would have felt that Natwar Singh will come out unscatched being one of the original torchbearers of real Congress and the portfolio was not allotted to another Minister. It is time that we should not deprive of their old age requirement of retired life to think of the future that they have carved out for themselves during the present span of life.

I thought they would expell Natwar from the party. BTW when they are going to suspend/send the present congress president, so that our PM can do his job properly without the influence.
The so called disciplinary committee of the Congress is a mere mouthpiece of the high and mighty Gandhis.
The Motilal Vohras, Sushil Kumar Shindes and the Antonys of this world could themsleves be suspended for some reason or the other in the future.
The functioning of the Congress amuses me. It stinks of sycophancy.... Does any member of the disciplinary committee have any authority or any say? They are merely a front for Sonia Gandhi.
