I wouldn't say it was a failure of systems.Even this morning I had a ex-classmate at Houston who did not evacuate as the entire journey to Austin would take at least 10hrs.Imagine what it is for an entire city to evacuate .Also gas stations had been running out .With all the American infrastructure ,things did go wrong .God forbid , but imagine such athing happening to our cities .However ,I would like to put it on record that Mumbai was far better tackled than New Orleans. We Indians within our own limitations also have certain checks and balances which we should be proud of .

Myself and family is praying God to stop the natural disaster and extending our helping hands for those who are already victims of the calamity. We are sure that the speed will reduce and the rains will stop to bring the loving families to get together once agfain without any loss of life. God bless all.
