hi, i m Bibhanshu of tenth from d.a.v.munger. Today i write u this mail because from 2years in our city so many problems r we face daily. and one most problem is electricity. DO any thing as soon as posible. U should invite pvt. sector like TATA co. to establish electricity in bihar and till than u buy electricity from any agency even then at high cost also. UR state govt. making road in towns and within 2 to 5 months its condition is become very bad because of water of drain is comes out on road. If muncipal worker do their work then may be road is not damage. IN THIS WAY WE MAKE OUR BIHAR ON 1.
