The achievement of this India-Iran-Pakistan Gas project will surely create a balance of power in South Asia vis-a-vis China's growing economic power. It's also important that the economic and diplomatic relations in S Asia with the Dragon power will create a major thrust in the future against the USA, which has become a necessity after the fall of Iron Curtain.
We wish Mr. Mani Shankar Aiyar, a very best for his trip. He understands the positive consequences of this project better than any Oil business tycoon.
Such a dream is utopian and particularly so in Asia which is drowned in so many conflicts and interests which will never be solved.Such dreams are realised in Europe or even South America but not in Asia.So it will be foolish wasting billions of dollars on this.
