Dear, Thank you for the information, and let me know that what is the extent for emotional distress. Is it possible in the early age also, means between 20-30 years as I am several times caught by such kind of distress, who may help me to come out from this kind of problems. This happens only when I think something regarding my girlfriend or my mom, means I am emotionally attached with both of these.
