The ghastly and heinous crime committed by terrorists aided by Pakistan's ISI speaks laxity on the part of Bangaore police, who was waned about it well in advance.Indian Govt. should also learn a lesson from it that there is no point talking to pakistan about PEACE,TRAINS AND BUSES etc. if Pakistan supports such terrorist attack.
The situation is much serious then its seems to be. Pakistan is doing its best to target people living in Hyderabad and Banglore as these cities are emerging fastly as major cities.
I wonder that 99% terrorists caught are muslims who are being brainwashed by Pakistan. Instead of tackling this seriously, AP govt is more interested to give them reservations etc.
From my angle terrorism is 10% initiated by pakistan and 90% supported by Dirty indin Politics (directly or indirectly)
Its better we improve things before they move out of our hand
It is such agasitly attack, all scientific fretenity is terrified. It is very much heart throbbing to lose one of our brother (scintific community). I am very much shocked to hear police telling they are not yet know about the group or person behind this.
This is better, not to allow such person to go their. Otherwise keep close watch on them. Filteration and conditions should be applied on them who travell terrorist countries. Simillarly strengthen/tighten security on these places. Security network should be increased/enhanced. After getting news from such terrorist shoot on encounter. A severe punishment for them, so that common people will not even think of these type of activities. Ban these nationals. Close their all supply chain right from essential to all. After that attack on these countries. They are not allowed tosurvive. Do operate the cancer.
The Police Officials are also get influenced by the tained MPs, MLAs, Ministers and Politicians. Unless the corruption is minimised in every place, it is not possible to blame anybody.
The Police Officials are not working honestly because the reason is stated above para and their attitude also not upto the mark towards civilian life. They making fugitives/criminals across India (either BSF, CISF, CRPF & State Department Officials including IPS officers). One side the society is facing so many problems like environmental, pollution, unemployment, uncontrolled population, illteracy, fundamentalism, natural calamities like earthquakes, Tsunami etc. and other side corruption in every step in all most all places from top to bottom).
As I said unless the corrutpion is controlled nothing can be controlled.

Our nation is dealing with cowards. These incidents are bound to happen especially with India becomming a global name and which is aiming to be the next superpower. Only request to the media is to play down these kind of incidents. What ever said and done I have full confidence in our system, may be not all that systematic. The police know their job and need all our support. We all have learnt in the past that if we stand united there is no force in this universe that can beat us. My deep condolences to Mr Puri's family
Time for police to spread out and see keep watch every house. Watch for new people's arriving or staying at. Make public to be a watchdog. Pick up some decent bold citizens in secret to make them the watchdog. Protect the informers.
Contacts to police by public could be from a secret mails.
Since possibility of finding the mailers too easy they too may become a target, hence any information given by public if it goes wrong, the informer should not be tortured.
