It is utterly flummoxing the way the media is going ga-ga over Amitabh Bachchans , the best man humanity has ever produced has colitis!! i think there are 20 million people in India who suffer from colitis every year. But Big B is not one of them Big B is not Indian he is NRI, guess why?? my guess is to save tax. He might be a big actor, a superstar, but then is a he great human? What the heck has he done for the society? The biggest crorepati from KBC was he himself. He dabbled in politics, touting his Gandhi family accreditations and today he is pally-in-good-arms with Mulayam Singh, who makes fun of Sonia Gandhi, the widow of Rajeev, supposed to be his chum.Lets come down to Bollywood, what has he given back to the industry, Nothing. Mr Bachchan knows how to take and not how to return, which is the case with most of us, so why are we going crazy over him. Let him lead his life and us ours.The problem, so as to say, inherently lies with us, we are a nation of hero worshipers, we need a Gandhi to lead us, a Tendulkar to admire, a Bachchan to inspire, rotting worshipers, thats what we are. Since we dont have our Batman and Supermans, we create them out of real people.

I am not denying that Mr B is an Icon for film industry But Mr Amar Singh what this gentleman has done for the country/society to be named as an Icon? He may be well known figure in the mumbai party buffs and movie industry.Alternately there are people like Shri Sunil Dutt who had done plenty of good things for people in Mumbai.
We are embarrssed to see this huge hype around Mr B ? Our drawback is Emotional Goof up ?No wonder if people commite suicide for Sachin/Sourav/Bachan ? God Save this country and its people...........
Childish and idiotic. Though this man, Amar Singh, is close to rich and famous of India for reasons best known to them but from what I heard and read , he does not seem to be a good company.
