If this simple wisdom and SMS service of cell phone companies in such areas with guidance would have saved a lot.
But let us expect our disaster management will soon learn more on how to use the available technology for the benifit of entire city.

feels very sorry for the people suffering because of the heavy rain and the water logging in the low line areas of the greater mumbai because of the inactive muncipal athorities. the 'Babus' have only time for fighiting each other and try to find fo fill their pocket in any availble means, even by looting the innocent public. fear God. only God can give you relief from this calamity. let every one live like a resposible citizen. may God give courage to all mubaikar to face this situation bravely.
