Dear Dr. Koshy Eapen,
I am indeed delighted to learn that you have been named as,the Worlds
Outstanding Young Person for 2004 for your exemplary and extra-ordinary
services to medical care and education, by the U.S based NGO, Junior Chamber
International.

It is truly gratifying to note that you have been chosen from 246 nominationsfrom 107 countries for your meritorious services for the elderly in India.

In the words of Mr. Fernando Sanchez Arias President of the 59th World
Congress of the U.S. based NGO, and rightly so, you have excelled not only in your
academic studies but also won laurels by your commitment to social needs,
generosity, zeal, determination, multiple scholarships and awards, leadership
skills etc., thereby becoming the automatic choice for this coveted award
at the world level, at the very young age of 29 years.

The fact that the previous winners have been very illustrious and eminent personalities
like former U.S.President- John F Kennedy, Mr. Henry Kissinger and Mr.Jackie Chan
goes to prove that the achievement is by all means a great honour bestowed upon you.
You have, by winning this prestigious award, made all
Indians proud
