This is an s.o.b. who can not do anything to protect women or catch criminals and is now trying to defend himself. I wish India sees a French Revolution or a dscist movement where cops and lawyers, bureaucrats and politicians along woth their corrupt brethern are sent to the nazi type concentrations camps.

It is such a crying shame that DELHI is the capital of our country - worthless place and worthless police too. Every woman knows that Delhi is the most UNSAFE place for women in India. Ask the police commissoner to shut up, lifts his bums from his chair and start increasing patrolling. Shame on DELHI.
