I am not sure I understand the significance of the author publishing these old, and mostly personal, letters. It seems like someone throwing stones at a man fallen on the ground. Also, there is enough rage around here based on religion and we donot need such abuses that was mostly from one person to another (if at all) appearing in the news - maybe in tabloids, yes, for cheap popularity... Moreover, this was not in the news during the time the scientist was famous and popular, but only now. Also, without the article that he was supposedly responding to, it is impossible to make anything of this news peice. Let's not pretend that this nuclear 'leak' is the responsibility of a single scientist - governments are involved. This is becoming a news now to serve the interests of politicians and we all know - it is proving time all over the world and scapegoats will be created to cheat the public.

Of course it will confuse you, because you are either of the same nationality as AQ Khan or belong to the same religion. No body need to teach you the Josef goebbles style disinformation techniques; as it comes naturally to people trained in the cess pools of religious seminaries. This article is hardly confusing to rest of the world. In fact we get very amused at the pathetic cover ups which your commando president does everyday.
If this is the sort of language Dr.Khan can use, one can only imagine what sort of people the so called Pakistani "top brass" is filled with. Dr.Khan now appears to be a religeous bigot as well as an illegal peddlar of nuclear weapons. Thanks to him the world is now a more dangerous place, and the US should expect seeing evidence of 'dirty bombs' in the hands of terrorists very soon. The pardon granted to such a man by General Musharraf makes us wonder what Dr.Khan knows about the General and his friends that he can blackmail the General to this extent.
