sir, i am doing my internship from bmc karnataka and will finish by jan 2006. can i take pg exams in india karnataka or any other state.if so by when what is the procedure and the web sites i have to visit to down load the application

sir, i am presently doing my internship from sri siddhartha medical college,tumkur,karnataka under the rajiv gandhi university of health sciences.i would like to know the eligibility for appearing the post-graduate entrance exam2006.what r the percentage of seats that come in the all INDIA quota.when is the exam held?
