This is really good. By reproducing the article itself, you have avoided the criticism that a typical attention seeker respects. You are not that definitely, and have brought to attention the shame that a government should probably display. We have often heard of "misquotes" in verbal discussions - that a deliberate misquote is engineered from a published document - and that too by a government institution - is indeed alarming. What accountability does a government have with respect to these misquotes?
